★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento liguei para pedir um orçamento e a mulher que atendeu não conseguiu nem informar se poderia ou não fazer uma visita para um orçamento. Pode ser até uma empresa com qualidade, mas o atendimento é péssimo.
Bad service I called to ask for a quote and the woman who answered it was not even able to inform whether or not she could pay a visit for a quote. It may even be a quality company, but the service is terrible.

Terrible attendance. I asked them to come and check the type of stone installed in the residence and the measurement, but they were copying and pasting that they needed this information, in which I was requesting their help in identifying the stone used and taking the measurement from the locak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou engenheiro na região de Jundiaí e o meu cliente tratou diretamente com o proprietário da ''marmoraria'' (se é que posso chamar de marmoraria essa espelunca) ,o Paulo , um senhor extremamente arrogante e egocêntrico ,que parou no tempo no quesito educação .
Quanto aos instaladores ( equipe do Airton) , creio que para ficarem ruins ,tenham que aprender muito ainda.... não trabalham com prumo/nível ,esquadro então, nunca ouviram falar . Serviço extremamente sujo e sem qualidade . Não os indico nem para o pior inimigo . Extremamente insatisfeito com o LIXO que foi entregue .
I am an engineer in the region of Jundiaí and my client dealt directly with the owner of the "marble" (if I can call this marble joint), Paulo, an extremely arrogant and self-centered man, who stopped in time in terms of education .
As for the installers (Airton team), I believe that to be bad, they have to learn a lot yet ... they don't work with plumb / level, square then, they never heard of it. Extremely dirty and poor quality service. I don't even point them out to the worst enemy. Extremely dissatisfied with the TRASH that was delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha banca não saiu exatamente como foi planejado. Foi bem instalado e o material é de qualidade, mas um dos lados veio com 3 cm a menos e o recorte da cuba foi feito uns 10 cm a menos pra direita. Não reclamei porque achei que daria mais trabalho.
My bankroll didn't go exactly as planned. It was well installed and the material is of quality, but one side came 3 cm less and the tub cutout was made about 10 cm less to the right. I didn't complain because I thought it would be more work.
