★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, passei 20 minutos pra descobrir o preço de uma impressão nesse lugar. As pessoas com a cara fechada, parece que ninguém tá muito afim de estar ali. Local deprimente. Eu com certeza nunca mais voltarei aqui. Pelo menos a impressão saiu normal. Pelo menos isso.
 Horrible customer service, I spent 20 minutes to find out the price of a print in that place. People with their faces closed, it seems that nobody is really in the mood to be there. Depressing place I certainly will never come back here. At least the impression came out normal. At least that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade da impressão é muito boa, mas não muito barata Sempre acho que os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos, parece que eles estão sempre meio de mau humor e o lugar poderia dar uma melhorada no visual também.
The print quality is very good, but not very cheap. I always think the staff could be friendlier, it seems like they are always in a bad mood and the place could look better too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal na pandemia só atendem 2 clientes por vez, isso significa que tem que esperar do lado de fora no sol quente pra ser atendido.
A gente pede uma coisa e eles fazem diferente, achei com pouco profissionalismo e qualidade baixa das impressões a laser.
People in the pandemic only serve 2 customers at a time, that means you have to wait outside in the hot sun to be served.
We ask for one thing and they do it differently, I found it with little professionalism and low quality of laser prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so jesus na causa.... É melhor informar direito o horário de funcionamento aqui na página do Google ao invés de dizer que está aberto quando na verdade não esta, rs. Ninguém tem obrigação de saber tudo MAS quando se trabalha numa empresa o mínimo que cliente espera é que o atendente saiba informar pelo menos o valor de uma impressão p&b A4 sem ter que esperar tanto tempo ao telefone, não culpo os funcionários, culpo a empresa pela falta de treinamento.
so jesus na cause.... It's better to inform the opening hours right here on the Google page instead of saying it's open when in fact it isn't, lol. No one is obligated to know everything BUT when working in a company the least customer expects is that the attendant knows how to inform at least the value of an A4 b&w print without having to wait so long on the phone, I don't blame the employees, I blame the company for lack of training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante a falta de profissionalismo dos atendentes. Na copiadora tinha um total de UM cliente, e esse era eu. Mandei alguns e-mails com arquivos com alteração simples de cor e posicionamento, porém, foi negado a mudança pois o atendente informou que estava sozinho e não poderia realizar, sendo que não tinha ninguém na hora. Vim na Uranus e pedi o mesmo serviço que prontamente foi atendido levando um total de 2 minutos em alteração!
Nunca fui bem atendido na Exata, mas dessa vez realmente a falta de vontade em trabalhar foi incrível. Espero nunca mais voltar.

The lack of professionalism of the attendants is impressive. There were a total of ONE customer at the copier, and that was me. I sent some emails with files with simple color and positioning changes, however, the change was denied because the attendant informed that he was alone and could not do it, since there was no one at the time. I came to Uranus and asked for the same service that was promptly answered, taking a total of 2 minutes to change!
I was never well attended at Exata, but this time the lack of willingness to work was incredible. I hope never to return.
