★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao merece estrelas, atendimento pésimo, funcionarios mau preparados e sem respeito alguma pelo cliente, hj mesmo sai sem o atendimento devido ao desdem dos dois funcionarios la estavam. Nao indico e nem recomendo, afinal quando buscamos determinado servico esperamos receber no minimo um bom atendimento.
It does not deserve stars, poor service, poorly prepared employees and without any respect for the customer, even leaves without the service due to the disdain of the two employees there were. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível, ambiente feio e mal mantido (decoração e equipamentos antigos e mal cuidados). Falta de profissionalismo. Imprimi 2 folhas A0 estendidas que foram largadas no chão. Folhas de outros clientes mal dobradas, deixando formar vincos e amassados em vários pontos. Além de tudo, ainda tem preços mais caros do que copiadoras mais conhecidas. (Na foto em anexo mostra a minha folha A0 no chão)
Terrible service, ugly and poorly maintained environment (old and poorly maintained decor and equipment). Lack of professionalism. I printed 2 extended A0 sheets that were dropped on the floor. Sheets of other clients badly folded, leaving creases and crumpled at various points. Besides, it still has more expensive prices than well-known copiers. (The attached photo shows my A0 sheet on the floor)
