★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os anos comprava os materiais de meus filhos lá.. por ser perto de casa.. porém esse ano fui lá e diferente dos outros anos tive um atendimento péssimo, mesmo assim comprei os materiais e os livros, pois estava de resguardo e n tinha como ir em outro lugar. Fizeram o pedido dos livros. Chegaram e nem se quer ligaram pra dizer que chegou. Eu que tive q ficar ligando pra saber. Descaso total com os clientes! Não voltarei mais!
 Every year I bought my children's materials there ... because it was close to home ... but this year I went there and differently from the other years I had terrible service, even so I bought the materials and books, as it was safe and there was no way go somewhere else. They ordered the books. They arrived and didn't even care to say it arrived. I had to keep calling to find out. Total neglect with customers! I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência no setor de cópias. Não recomendo para ninguém. Levei um material para tirar xerox no qual cerca de 20 páginas não aparecem nada ou quase nada. O equipamento estava mal regulado ou com problemas, mas mesmo assim eles não admitiram o erro, não me reembolsaram e nem tentaram resolver a situação para que eu saísse da loja menos insatisfeita. De início a gerente da loja disse que ia me reembolsar, mas quando o funcionário que tirou o Xerox chegou ela saiu e mandou recado dizendo que não iria reembolsar mais. Uma total falta de consideração e respeito.
Poor experience in the copy industry. Would not recommend to anyone. I took a material to take xerox in which about 20 pages appear nothing or almost nothing. The equipment was poorly regulated or in trouble, but they still did not acknowledge the error, did not reimburse me, and did not even try to resolve the situation so I would leave the store less dissatisfied. At first the store manager said she would reimburse me, but when the employee who took out the Xerox arrived she left and sent word that she would not reimburse any more. A total lack of consideration and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é sempre pessimo. Em diversos momentos fui até eles fazer alguns serviços por ser próximo a minha casa e não teve uma vez sequer que não sai arrependida. O atendimento é precário, a qualidade dos serviços é ruim. Os preços? Nem se fala. Eles cobram pelo excesso de precariedade. Ah, se precisar falar com eles pelo whatsapp então, pode aguardar sentado.
The service is always terrible. At different times I went to them to do some services because it was close to my house and there was not a time that I did not regret it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo assim como os comentários abaixo, é deplorável o nível de educação da atendente, fui lá e depois do jeito que fomos tratados preferimos atravessar a rua e ir em uma gráfica maravilhosa, inclusive recomendo, ninguém merece pagar para ser maltratado nem mesmo se fosse de graça. Vou dar 1 estrela por que não tem a opção de -1 negativo.
Lousy service as well as the comments below, the attendant's level of education is deplorable, I went there and after the way we were treated we preferred to cross the street and go to a wonderful printing shop, even recommend it, no one deserves to pay to be mistreated even if it were for free. I'll give you 1 star because you don't have a negative -1 option.

Fiquei la mais de 15 minuntos esperando alguém me atender, sendo que quando cheguei perguntei se tinha alguém que poderia me atender, uma moça falou pra eu esperar e fiquei igual tonta esperando ate que desistir, e essa não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. muito ruim, se eu pudesse não dava nem uma estrela.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I stayed there for more than 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer me, and when I arrived I asked if there was someone who could answer me, a girl told me to wait and I was just as dizzy waiting until I gave up, and this is not the first time this has happened. Too bad, if I could I wouldn't give even a star.
