Excellent service, fair price, quality in printing / plotting and great location. Whenever I needed, I could count. Regulated parking in front of the store is undoubtedly a differential.

A equipe que está lá atualmente é responsável e executa muito bem o trabalho.
Super recomendo. Não me lembro de nunca ter tido problema com os empregados de lá.
Prazo de entrega é bom, preço justo.

I have been a Copy Laser client for 5 years and whenever I had to print my work there was everything.
The team that is currently there is responsible and performs the job very well.
Super recommend it. I do not remember ever having a problem with the employees there.
Delivery time is good, fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguém consegue explicar o por que esta empresa tem atendentes que não sabem fazer nada? Totalmente despreparadas? Meu Deus do céu que HORROR de serviço... se desse eu dava nota negativa pra vocês! A atendente imprimi um milhão de vezes a mesma coisa errada (totalmente diferente do que pedimos, jogando um monte de material no lixo sem necessidade... problema da proprietária que contrata tantas pessoas despreparadas). Você questiona e ela não sabe nem se tá viva, quanto mais resolver o problema! Saí com um lixo de serviço e NUNCA mais volto ou indico este lugar. Vocês deveriam ter vergonha ou então só tirar xerox que é mais fácil! Ódio é o que define.
Can anyone explain why this company has clerks who do not know how to do anything? Totally unprepared? My God, the HORROR of service ... if I did I would give a negative note to you! The attendant printed a million times the same thing wrong (totally different from what we asked, throwing a lot of material in the trash without need ... problem of the owner who hires so many people unprepared). You question and she does not even know if she's alive, let alone solve the problem! I left with a garbage of service and NEVER come back or indicate this place. You should be ashamed or just take xerox which is easier! Hate is what defines.
