O Yuri passou o orçamento e sumiu, não respondeu mais. O cliente fica no vacuo. Procuramos a empresa pela qualidade da impressão, mas o serviço de atendimento que recebemos foi péssimo. Não sei se é porque nosso serviço é pequeno, apenas banner e eles não se interessaram. Precisam qualificar o atendimento ao cliente.
A week ago my company spoke with 2 attendants, Yuri and Cristiane, via Whatsapp, sent the file by email, every day trying to contact, but without effective feedback. Yuri passed the budget and disappeared, he didn't answer anymore. The customer stays in the vacuum. We looked for the company for the quality of the printing, but the customer service we received was terrible. I don't know if it's because our service is small, just a banner and they weren't interested. They need to qualify customer service.
