★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom a minha experiência, no início ja foi uma das melhores,apesar do local se meio escondido mas que não faz muita diferença, pois se trata de um local bem calmo,e se pode se localizar pelo waze caso não conheça o local.
Bom foi a minha primeira vez que vou ao local,sendo bem recepcionado por uma mulher muito atenciosa,sendo em seguida por um homem,que se colocou no nome da ordem como Roberto se não me engano,muito simpático e atencioso.
Levei uma impressora Epson que nem era meu,mas fiz um favor para uma familia estrangeira,e sendo assim solucionou o problema, e ainda me explicou com detalhes sobre a tinta a ser comprada,pois há falsificações passando por originais,colocou seu tempo para poder explicar direitinho, sendo assim repassei toda informação para familia,e a familia se sentiu muito grata pelas informações.
Sendo assim todo agradecimento fica para COPYTEC..

Well, it was my first time that I went to the place, being welcomed by a very attentive woman, followed by a man, who put himself in the name of the order like Roberto if I remember correctly, very friendly and attentive.
I took an Epson printer that wasn't even mine, but I did a favor for a foreign family, and so it solved the problem, and even explained to me in detail about the ink to be purchased, as there are counterfeits going through originals, he put his time to be able to explain correctly, so I passed on all the information to the family, and the family felt very grateful for the information.
