★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem tinha consulta lá na clínica, não conhecia , ao chegar à recepção estava com muitas cadeiras juntas e totalmente lotada . Como sou idoso e faço tratamento oncológico, fiquei assustado quando cheguei na porta da recepção e não entrei e fui embora. Enfim não tenho condições de avaliar a clínica , nem os médicos e nem exames , eu seria desleal ao julgar . Porém a recepção muito pequena e totalmente cheia . Creio que as normas de distanciamento não estavam respeitadas .. Fica minha sugestão apenas para melhorar esse item . Espero poder ajudar pela minha manifestação.
 Yesterday I had an appointment at the clinic, I didn't know it, when I arrived at the reception there were many chairs together and it was totally full. As I am elderly and have cancer treatment, I was scared when I arrived at the reception door and did not go in and left. Anyway, I'm not able to evaluate the clinic, neither the doctors nor the exams, I would be disloyal to judge. However the reception was very small and completely full. I believe that the distancing rules were not respected.. My suggestion is just to improve this item. I hope I can help with my demonstration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente calmo, limpo, organizado .Fui realizar uma consulta e já fiz dois exames (fora os outros que me passou), o Dr. David se preocupa em saber o que o paciente tem. Super recomendo.
Ótima Clinica
Calm, clean, organized environment. I went for a consultation and I already did two exams (apart from the others that passed me), Dr. David is concerned with knowing what the patient has. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica ótima, cardiologista excepcional, mas o atendimento da recepção é ruim, marcam um horário mandam pra você, você chega no horário e falam que o horário está errado. Mas a equipe médica é ótima!
Great clinic, exceptional cardiologist, but the reception service is poor, they make an appointment to send you, you arrive on time and say the time is wrong. But the medical team is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem tive a grata surpresa de conhecer essa Clínica. Excelente em todos aspectos. Desde as atendentes muito prestativas, as técnicas muito profissionais e o Dr Alex ótimo médico. Ambiente tranquilo e seguindo todos protocolos com rapídez, praticidade (já que todos exames podem ser realizados lá mesmo) e eficiência. Recomendo!!!!
Yesterday I had the pleasant surprise of knowing this Clinic. Excellent in every way. From the very helpful attendants, the very professional technicians and Dr Alex, a great doctor. Quiet environment and following all protocols quickly, practical (since all exams can be performed there) and efficiently. I recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico é ótimo e muito atencioso, entretanto as meninas da recepção são extremamente mal educadas e se comunicam praticamente brigando com você. Eu já fui várias vezes nessa clínica, mas em todas as vezes tive um ótimo atendimento por parte do médico e um péssimo atendimento por parte das recepcionistas. Até quando ligava para marcar consulta eu era mal atendida. Hoje foi o pior atendimento que tive, pois a moça passou dos limites ao gritar comigo. Acho que respeito e educação é algo essencial, principalmente para pessoas que lidam com o público. Espero genuinamente que esse comentário possa contribuir com alguma melhoria de fato no atendimento, pois gosto muito do médico e gostaria muito de continuar passando com ele.
The doctor is great and very attentive, however the girls at the reception are extremely rude and communicate practically fighting with you. I've been to this clinic several times, but each time I had great service from the doctor and poor service from the receptionists. Even when I called to make an appointment I was poorly attended. Today was the worst service I've had, as the girl went overboard when yelling at me. I think respect and education is essential, especially for people who deal with the public. I genuinely hope that this comment can contribute to some real improvement in care, as I really like the doctor and would very much like to continue with him.

O Dr Alex e o Dr. David são extremamente atenciosos, a clínica possue o diferencial de realizar exames no local ajudando os médicos a terem um diagnóstico com mais agilidade e qualidade.
O local também é bastante agradável e arejado, as funcionárias muito educadas e todos os equipamentos médicos possuem tecnologia de ponta.
Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos e super recomendo a clínica, os médicos e todos os serviços realizados aqui.
I have been a patient at Clínica Corazon for almost two decades and the quality of the medical services provided is of extreme excellence.
Dr Alex and Dr. David are extremely attentive, the clinic has the differential of performing exams on site helping doctors to have a diagnosis with more agility and quality.
The place is also very pleasant and airy, the employees are very polite and all the medical equipment is state-of-the-art.
I leave here my sincere thanks and I highly recommend the clinic, the doctors and all the services performed here.

O atendimento das recepcionistas foi bom, quanto a isso, não tenho do que reclamar.
Em relação ao médico, é sem dúvidas o pior e mais inábil com quem já me consultei em 40 anos de vida. Sou melhor atendido em unidades do SUS e postos de saúde. Ele não escuta os seus problemas, mal te examina e, como já foi comentado por outras pessoas, pede exames na clínica dele, que foram feitos de forma precária, comparados a outros locais onde já fiz os mesmos exames antes.
Relatei problemas como deficiências nutricionais, apesar de boa alimentação e sobrepeso, machas na pele, aftas, cansaço, insônia, ansiedade, dificuldade de concentração, queda repentina de cabelo etc. Problemas que eu não tinha antes. Ele simplesmente não escutou.
Eu pedi um exame de sangue e eu que tive que falar o que eu queria que fosse verificado. Com o resultado, constatei algumas deficiências, mas ele bateu o olho e, em segundos, disse que estava “tudo bem”, só observou uma delas.
Indaguei-o novamente sobre meus problemas e ele ficou me olhando com uma expressão de descaso, sem responder. Mandou-me tomar um polivitamínico. Questionei-o, pois gostaria de melhorar meus níveis nutricionais naturalmente, sem suplementação, mas, novamente, ele ficou olhando com uma cara de deboche. Desisti e saí...
Um profissional desses deveria ter vergonha de se identificar como médico.
Terei que gastar com outro médico.
The clinic is small and with a somewhat precarious structure.
The receptionist service was good, I have nothing to complain about.
As for the doctor, he is without a doubt the worst and most awkward doctor I have ever seen in my 40 years of life. I am better served in SUS units and health posts. He doesn't listen to your problems, barely examines you and, as has been mentioned by other people, asks for tests at his clinic, which were performed in a precarious way, compared to other places where I've had the same tests before.
I reported problems such as nutritional deficiencies, despite good diet and overweight, skin spots, canker sores, tiredness, insomnia, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, sudden hair loss, etc. Problems I didn't have before. He just didn't listen.
I asked for a blood test and I had to say what I wanted checked. With the result, I noticed some deficiencies, but he took a look and, in seconds, said that it was “all right”, he only noticed one of them.
I asked him again about my problems and he looked at me with an expression of indifference, without answering. He ordered me to take a multivitamin. I questioned him, as I would like to improve my nutritional levels naturally, without supplementation, but again, he stared at me with a sneer. I gave up and left...
Such a professional should be ashamed to identify himself as a doctor.
I'll have to spend it on another doctor.
