Tive problemas com o produto comprado em 15 dias de uso, que nĂŁo foi barato, e a loja nĂŁo fornece nenhum tipo de garantia. Pena que nĂŁo soube que nĂŁo tinha garantia antes de comprar, se nĂŁo nĂŁo tinha gastado meu dinheiro a toa.

Comprei um encordoamento nylon Augustine Regal Gold - Extra High/Medium. PorĂ©m em poucos minutos apĂłs a troca das cordas velhas pelas novas a 4a corda, que seria a RĂ©, estourou. O pessoal do conservatĂłrio conseguiu arrumar tudo tranquilo. AlĂ©m disso com uso de paquĂ­metro e outras ferramentas o pessoal do conservatĂłrio percebeu que a 5a corda e a 4a corda sĂŁo iguais. Na embalagem enviada realmente consta todas as cordas, 1a, 2a 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a mas ao invĂ©s de na embalagem da 4a corda vir uma corda RĂ© veio uma corda LĂĄ, assim ficando com duas cordas LĂĄ's. O pessoal mediu a pressĂŁo das duas cordas e sĂŁo iguais, alĂ©m de terem a mesma espessura e o mesmo som. Achamos que a corda estourou justamente pelo fato de, onde devia estar uma corda RĂ©, estava uma LĂĄ. EntĂŁo entrei em contato com a empresa, uma vez que comprei as cordas com garantia de 1 ano. Falaram que o problema teria que ser resolvido com o importador??? Nunca vi vocĂȘ vender algo com garantia e passar o problema pra outra pessoa. Entraram em contato com o importador e falaram que iam me retornar. Passa um tempo tentando entrar em contato com eles e nĂŁo consigo e logo depois descobri o porquĂȘ. A loja havia trocado de dono e ninguĂ©m me avisou nem me deram suporte nenhum, atendimento pĂ©ssimo. EntĂŁo entrei em contato com o novo dono da loja e contei o acontecido. O mesmo disse que resolveria o meu problema e que me mandaria um encordoamento novo pelos correios. To esperando o encordoamento atĂ© hoje e NADA. Uns dias atrĂĄs eles tiveram a audĂĄcia de me mandarem mensagem no wpp perguntando o porquĂȘ de fazer tempo que eu nĂŁo comprava com a loja. NUNCA MAIS. E se vocĂȘ ta lendo isso, se perguntando se a loja e boa esquece, compra em outra, vai ser a melhor decisĂŁo que vocĂȘ vai tomar. PĂ©ssimo atendimento e sĂł descaso com o consumidor.

A few days ago they had the audacity to send me a message on wpp asking why I had not bought time with the store. NEVER. And if you're reading this, wondering if the store is good, forget about it, buy in another one, it will be the best decision you will make. Lousy service and only neglect with the consumer.
