★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência . Exame marcado e confirmado em um horário, médica “responsável” chegou 2hs depois. 16 pessoas esperando. Quando pergunto à atendente se tem ouvidoria, ela me aponta uma urna de sugestões e me diz que não sabe se tem folha “em branco”. Cancelei o exame e outro que estava marcado. Lamentável! Seria uma boa opção no bairro, mas precisam melhorar muito. Se vc tem tempo sobrando e gosta de ficar sentado, esperando, assistindo notícias policiais, talvez seja um bom lugar para ir.
Terrible experience. Examination marked and confirmed on a schedule, "responsible" doctor arrived 2 hours later. 16 people waiting. When I ask the clerk if she has an ombudsman, she points out a urn of suggestions and tells me that she does not know if there is a "blank" sheet. I canceled the exam and another one that was marked. Unfortunate! It would be a good option in the neighborhood, but they need to improve a lot. If you have time left over and like to sit around, waiting, watching police news, maybe it's a good place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! Atendentes super despreparadas. Já na ligação para a clínica você liga e a pessoa deixa você esperando sem dar retorno. Você continua ligando e a acontece a mesma coisa novamente.
Terrible attendance!!! Super unprepared attendants. When you call the clinic, you call and the person leaves you waiting without giving a return. You keep calling and the same thing happens again.
