★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame na unidade boa viagem (sexta 16/04/21) , quando terminei precisei marcar outro exame com eles fui até a recepção o mesmo disse que era apenas por telefone , hoje pra minha surpresa o telefone não funciona de maneira algum , e pra piorar eles não tem outro canal de atendimento nem outro número . O telefone deles é só pra usar como peso de papel só pode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando o descaso para com seus cliente, paciente e/ou afiliados dos planos de saúde HAPVIDA, concernente as marcações de consultas e exames; considerando a limitação de médicos e clínicas credenciados para um melhor atendimento dos pacientes; considerando a incapacidade do CORE-PE, única clinica credenciada para atendimento dos milhares de paciente do Hapvida, e o desrespeito pelo não atendimento as inúmeras ligações telefonicas ; e o pior , o descaso da OUVIDORIA da HAPVIDA, que não ouve as inumeras reclamações por melhores serviços; sem falar dos Planos casados com odonto, ou planos para idosos, Com Parto, o que encarece mais ainda, pois o objetivo final é o lucro. Diante do exposto propomos: Uma AÇÃO COLETIVA no Ministério Público contra a Hapvida pelos descasos de suas ações e de credenciados para com seus clientes, e até mesmo indenizações por danos morais se necessário. - ( Eli França - Recife-PE - aos 70 anos ja pagamos este ano 2020, mais de R$ 15.800,00 ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço porco. Venho tentando fazer exame nessa joça há dois meses mas nas duas vezes que fui, o médico não apareceu. O pior que na segunda vez me fizeram esperar uma hora para confirmar que o médico não poderia comparecer. Uma hora de puro tormento, não só de ter que esperar mas também de ouvir e ver as milhares de pessoas a minha volta, reclamarem do mesmo serviço porco que lhe é oferecido pelos diversos motivos. Foi torturante ver uma senhora reclamando de ter ido lá pela terceira vez e ainda sim, ter dado problema e irá precisar ter que voltar lá pela quarta vez. Nunca mais irei entrar neste lugar, é um inferno disfarçado de clínica.

Faz necessária uma reformulação no atendimento utizando-se sempre a internet para a marcação de exames oftalmológicos. É tempo de as empresas em geral se organizarem de modo a proporcionar um atendimento mais confortável para os milhares que com sacrifício pagam um plano de saúde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O número (81) 30379900 só serve pra tocar música, pois, ninguém atende. Você que mora longe e tem que ir, apele pra não quebrar a cara por enxame ou consulta que você não tem informação se foi cancelada ou não.
pra quem não sabe o core é do hapvida, soube hoje, mesmo assim adotam próprios protocolos, hoje negaram atendimento para minha vó na recepção, com todo documento, mas alegaram porque não mostrei um rascunho com o crm do médico, soltaram graça e ironias, se juntaram 3 funcionários para isto, inclusive supervisora. Denunciem estes tipo de mal conduta, denunciem pra ANS e órgaos competentes, inclusive processem também caso caiba. isto aconteceu neste da conselheiro aguiar, merece zero estrela, mas só deixa publicar com uma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone de jeito nenhum. Hà dias que ligo. Absurdo! Preciso confirmar uns exames. O outro número de Casa Amarela só fica numa música irritante por mais de 20 min. É isso que o Hapvida faz com os seus usuários: prestar um serviço oftalmo de qualidade que deixa a desejar; por estar sempre lotado, não atender o telefone e ser de localização ruim para muita gente. (Exceção alguns médicos e funcionários). Hapvida, não estamos pedindo favor, estamos pagando. E não é barato. Tenham vergonha na cara e mudem essa situação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, marquei minha consulta através do Hapvida (que foi informado que o atendimento é de 8h às 11h por ordem de chegada). Cheguei na clínica às 9h e a médica já havia encerrado o atendimento, pois só atende 40 pessoas por dia. E o Hapvida marcou 98 pessoas para ela. Agora me pergunto, como que ela atendeu 40 pessoas em 1h? Se começou a atender de 8h. Isso é impossível! O Hapvida poderia ter marcado 200,as era obrigação dela atender, para mim é falta de compromisso, já que o atendimento vai até 11h. Moro longe e dei viagem perdida. Remarquei a consulta pois estou precisando muito fazer uma cirurgia e não tem outro cirurgião nessa especialidade no Hapvida. Porém para confirmar ninguém atende o telefone. ABSURDO, DESCASO TOTAL!
