I am not able to schedule the appointment, because the site does not complete the appointment, the phone does not answer! They don't answer emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola fui no corem de redecao hoje dia 04/12/18 as 10:18 ao chegar me deparei com um aviso volto ja e sempre q vou e a mesma placa volto ja porem permaneci ate as 12:00. Q ja seria o horario do almoco da secretaria. retonei entao as 14:00 e comuniquei a Secretaría q estive cedo ate meio dia ela me respondeu q tinha se acidentado e q nem iria vim so veio nao sei porque nao ia nem atender a gente ,disse a ela que poderia entao ter comunicado o chefe entao para colocar um placa avisando q nao teria atendimento pos a mesma me respondeu com ingnorncia e ironia. Acho muito descaso o q essa moça fez comigo e com outros pq o mes passado foi esse mesmo epsodio aguardei 35 minutos porem nao reclamo pela espera mas pela falha de informcao pq entao nao comunicar ou colocar uma outra pessoa enquanto der suas saidas isso e falta de consideracao aos clientes choquei!
Hello I went to the redemption corem today on 04/12/18 at 10:18 when I arrived I came across a warning back already and always q I go and the same sign back already but I stayed until 12:00. Q would already be the lunch hour of the secretary. I returned then at 14:00 and I told the Secretary that I was early until noon, she replied that she had an accident and that she wasn't coming, she just came I don't know why she wasn't even going to meet us, I told her I could have told the boss then to put a sign saying that there would be no service, she answered me with ingenuity and irony. I think it's very negligent what this girl did to me and others because last month was this same episode I waited 35 minutes but I don't complain about the wait but about the lack of information because then I don't communicate or put someone else while I'm out, that's lack of consideration to customers shocked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência no local foi ótima, contudo o site para realização do agendamento do atendimento é simplesmente horrível. Não conclui as requisições de tarefa, não conclui o preenchimento do formulário, já fazem meses que tento agendar um atendimento, mas o site é tão ineficiente e mal desenvolvido que me atrasou totalmente no meu intento. Organizem a plataforma de acesso digital, porque isso é estressante. Ainda mais para quem está tentando fazer concurso público e não tem o menor prazer em perder tempo em recursos tecnológicos medíocres.
The on-site experience was great, however the website for scheduling appointments is just horrible. I have not completed task requests, I have not completed filling out the form, I have been trying to schedule an appointment for months, but the site is so inefficient and poorly developed that it completely delayed me in my attempt. Organize the digital access platform, because this is stressful. Especially for those who are trying to make a public tender and have no pleasure in wasting time on mediocre technological resources.
