Na experiência que tive, eu e um amigo fomos obrigados a esperar o patrão acabar uma discussão com um funcionário (na nossa frente) pra depois sermos"atendidos".
Solicitamos um serviço muito simples (adesivar um notebook) 8h30 da manhã, e no fim da tarde ainda não tinham feito.
O dono ainda quis negar que estava errado e foi extremamente mal educado usando o seu poder aquisitivo pra insinuar que não precisava de nós como clientes.
Bad service, and zero zeal for the customer.
In the experience I had, a friend and I were forced to wait for the boss to finish an argument with an employee (in front of us) and then be "attended to".
We asked for a very simple service (sticker a notebook) at 8:30 am, and at the end of the afternoon they hadn't done it yet.
The owner still wanted to deny that he was wrong and was extremely rude using his purchasing power to imply that he didn't need us as customers.
