 Salespeople take more than 1 day to send a quote, they are impatient in the service, it seems they are paying to do a favor. This company does not know how to align fair prices with customer service. They have great prices but the consumer ends up paying for the horrible service!

10 years ago I made a big purchase at the Coreval Taubaté store and was very well attended. Today I went to buy a lamp of three reais and I was very well attended and with an attention as if I had liked a great value.
