★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho fazer um reclamação da Unidade Saúde. Hoje dia 25/09/2021 descobri que cada unidade tem regras diferentes pois eu estava indo na unidade do Ipiranga com meu grupo de amigos e infelizmente tivemos que ir pra saúde'' Pq a quadra ja estava alugada''. Chamei o pessoal da saude falando que queria alugar a quadra de volei e que eu vinha do ipiranga'' A gente achava que podia fazer as mesma coisa que la ''Alugamos por 1h tudo certinho.
Só que o pessoal passou das 1h pras 2h jogando pois no do Ipiranga e normal fazerem isso se não alugam porem no Ipiranga o valor não e cobrado então a gente pensou que podia fazer a mesma coisa . Então o responsável ''Idalacio '' não sei se e ele que toma conta do wpp veio fala que foram 2h '' Ok tudo bem '' Só que eu questionei falando que na outra unidade nunca tinha acontecido isso e que não ia ter problemas com isso . Então ele começou a ser ignorante se a questão era o valor '' Fiz o pix na hora'' e fui questionar se e uma franquia todos deveriam ter um padrão de gerencia e saber lidar com o publico. E logo no começo falei que não queria causa problema por a gente era novo na unidade infelizmente saímos no prejuízo pq pensamos que uma franquia teria as mesma regras e gerenciamento
I'm making a complaint to the Health Unit. Today, 25/09/2021 I found out that each unit has different rules because I was going to the Ipiranga unit with my group of friends and unfortunately we had to go to health'' Because the court was already rented ''. I called the health staff saying that I wanted to rent the volleyball court and that I came from the ipiranga'' We thought we could do the same thing as ''We rent everything right for 1 hour.
But the staff went from 1 am to 2 am playing because at Ipiranga it's normal to do that if they don't rent but at Ipiranga the amount is not charged, so we thought we could do the same thing. So the person in charge ''Idalacio'' I don't know if and he who takes care of the wpp came and said it was 2:00 am '' Ok, ok '' But I questioned saying that in the other unit this had never happened and that I wouldn't have problems with that . So he started to be ignorant if the question was the value ''I did the pix at the time'' and I questioned whether and a franchise everyone should have a management standard and know how to deal with the public. And right at the beginning I said that I didn't want to cause a problem because we were new to the unit, unfortunately we were at a loss because we thought that a franchise would have the same rules and management
