★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra na loja esquina embalagens da Liberdade e a caixa que me atendeu registrou 6 vezes o mesmo código da mercadoria sendo que só levei para casa 4 bandejas na cor acrílica. Voltei na loja para fazer a reclamação e gerente disse que se a caixa registro é porque saiu as mercadorias. Informei que a loja deveria ter um controle de entrada e saída de estoque e a gerente disse que não tinha esse controle pois são muitos itens que sai da loja. Então se a caixa registrar 20 vezes o mesmo código e o cliente só levar 1, como vai ser esse controle. Disse a ela que não queria lesar a loja e sim o meu direito de receber o valor que cobraram a mais, mais a gerente agiu grosseiramente dizendo que a caixa estava certa e eu errada. Infelizmente a loja esquina não sabe escolher pessoas incompetentes para trabalhar e tratar bem seus clientes. Vou DENUNCIAR no PROCON, pois assim como foi comigo poderá ser com outros clientes. Diante do acontecido não vou mais efetuar compras nessa loja e darei péssimas informações sobre a loja. Sempre comprei nessa loja e nunca houve esse tipo de coisa.

I went back to the store to make the complaint and the manager said if the cash register is because the goods came out. I informed that the store should have a control of entry and exit of stock and the manager said that she did not have this control because there are many items that leave the store. So if the cash register registers the same code 20 times and the customer only takes 1, how will this control be? I told her that I didn't want to harm the store, but my right to receive the amount they charged more, but the manager acted rudely saying that the box was right and I was wrong. Unfortunately the corner store does not know how to choose incompetent people to work and treat its customers well. I will report it at PROCON, because as with me it may be with other customers. Given the situation, I will no longer make purchases at this store and will give you bad information about the store. I always bought at that store and there was never that kind of thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência loja totalmente desorganizada produtos sem preços desobedecendo o código de defesa do consumidor entre outros funcionários arrogantes gritando dentro da loja funcionárias do caixa mal educada péssimo tratamento em fim tudo muito ruim acho que o dono deveria reavaliar tudo que se refere à sua loja para que nos clientes finais se sinta bem ao entrar e sair da loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui uma reclamação , não sobre a loja mas sobre alguns funcionários da loja da liberdade , gostaria que preste mas atenção pra evitar acidente e machucar as pessoas ,pois estava no ponto de ônibus e derrepente a proteção da porta de ferra caiu sobre minha 2 pernas e nao recebir nenhuma assistencia nem um como com água r como a senhora esta hj minhas 2 pernas se encontra enchada e toda rochae nessa pandemia nao tem um número pra que possamos entrar em contato fica aqui minha indignação
