Liguei para saber e fui informado que não seria possível entregar porque havia funcionários de licença e outros que faltaram. Faltou comunicação, pois, a partir do momento em que percebem que não cumprirão um prazo, a obrigação da loja é comunicar o cliente e ver uma melhor negociação de prazo. Outro ponto: pedi um nicho de box com 10cm de profundidade e me entregaram com 8cm. Só não devolvi porque não fui eu que recebi e, quando cheguei do trabalho, a peça já estava chumbada na parede. Tenho outros projetos para fazer em casa, mas, com essa empresa, nunca mais. #nãorecomendo loja da Vila Andrade.
They agree on a delivery date and no one appears on the delivery day. I called to inquire and was informed that it would not be possible to deliver because there were license workers and others who were missing. There was a lack of communication, since, from the moment they realize that they will not meet a deadline, the store's obligation is to communicate the customer and see a better negotiation of the deadline. Another point: I asked for a box niche that was 10cm deep and they gave me 8cm. I just didn't return it because I didn't receive it, and when I got home from work, the piece was already plumbed on the wall. I have other projects to do at home, but with this company, never again. # I do not recommend Vila Andrade store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Não recomendo! Estou desde Julho com pendencias na instalação e todos os dias tem uma desculpa de não entregarem o serviço: Uma hora é pq mudaram de escritório, outra pq o instalador faltou, outra pq mediram errado e assim vão enrolando.
Estou exausto de tanto reclamar com eles, que me atender porem nunca resolvem absolutamente o problema. O diretor Luis entrou em contato porem nada resolvido, falta supervisão, ninguem quer saber de nada....Enfim, tem varias outras empresas de marmore em SP , por favor escolham outra para não terem a mesma dor de cabeça que estou tendo.
Poor service! I do not recommend! I have since July with pending installation and every day has an excuse not to deliver the service: One hour is because they moved office, another because the installer was missing, another because they measured wrong and so are rolling.
I'm exhausted from complain to them that suit me however never completely solve the problem. Director Luis got in touch but nothing resolved, supervision is lacking, nobody wants to know anything ... Anyway, there are several other marble companies in SP, please choose another one to not have the same headache I'm having.

Contratei a colocação de pedras no meu apto e fui muito bem atendida, os prazos foram observados (mesmo agora durante a pandemia) e o material colocado valorizou o imóvel. Fui muito bem atendida pelos vendedores, gerentes, coordenadores de obras, instaladores, cortadores e pessoal da administração.Apesar de uma equipe grande, cada integrante desenvolveu seu trabalho com bastante responsabilidade. Parabéns à empresa, o resultado valeu a pena e certamente indicarei seus serviços à terceiros.
I was very happy with this company. I hired the placement of stones in my apartment and I was very well attended, the deadlines were observed (even now during the pandemic) and the material placed added value to the property. I was very well attended by salespeople, managers, construction coordinators, installers, cutters and administration personnel. Despite a large team, each member developed their work with great responsibility. Congratulations to the company, the result was worth it and I will certainly recommend your services to third parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Não recomendo! Estou desde Janeiro com pendencias na instalação e quando levam as peças estão erradas!! Minha obra está toda atrasada por conta disso! Lamentável!! Um erro atras de outro!
Estou exausta de tanto reclamar e não conseguir resolver! Como medida de desespero sustei o último cheque de pagamento, pois já paguei praticamente tudo e tenho apenas 15% entregue e instalado.
Enfim, tem varias outras empresas de marmore em SP , por favor escolham outra para não terem a mesma dor de cabeça que estou tendo.
Poor service! I do not recommend! I have been pending installation since January and when they take the parts they are wrong !! My work is all delayed because of that! Unfortunate!! One mistake after another!
I am exhausted from complaining and being unable to resolve it! As a measure of desperation, I pulled out my last paycheck, as I have paid almost everything and have only 15% delivered and installed.
Anyway, there are several other marble companies in SP, please choose another one to not have the same headache that I am having.
