★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, produtos diversificados, loja com etacionamento, aconchegante, porem no dia da Black Friday deixaram a desejar, uma pena ter q sair da minha cidade pra comprar em outra, ou comprar produto pela internet. Também não cobrem oferta.
 Excellent service, diversified products, store with etation, cozy, however on Black Friday day left something to be desired, a pity to have to leave my city to buy in another city, or buy product over the internet. They also do not cover offer.

No dia 18/03 comprei na loja do shopping Iguatemi em São José do Rio preto um tênis da marca Asics modelo Nimbus 19 numeração 42 a mesma de outros 4 Asics que já tive pois já uso este marca a anos. Como já conheço a marca é utilizo a anos a mesma numeração comprei o 42 mesmo estando um pouco mais justo que os modelos que já tive porém o vendedor afirmou que isso não seria problema que com certeza iria lacear e tomar a forma do meu pé. Fui na onda dele e ontem dia 20 fui utilizar o tênis pela primeira vez, conclusão não aguentei ficar meia hora com o tênis no pé, meus dedos começaram a doer um incômodo muito grande. Hoje dia 21/03 passados 3 dias peguei meu carro, sai de minha cidade Penápolis 100km de Rio preto para trocar pelo 43 ou resolver o problema da melhor maneira possível mas para meu espanto a gerente se negou a trocar pois alegou que estava com algumas marcas de uso marcas essas de poeira no solado que sairia facilmente pois não fiquei nem 30 minutos com o tênis ainda por cima dentro de casa, mesmo que estivesse sujo perguntei a ela como eu iria saber que ele iria machucar meu pé sem utiliza-lo, fiquei sem resposta até o momento, ela na sequência disse que ligou para o proprietário e que o mesmo também se negou a trocar. Fazendo uma breve pesquisa encontrei várias reclamações especialmente no reclame aqui referente a este mesmo modelo que a forma é pequena que realmente aperta muito além de outras reclamações, paguei 599,00 no tênis e agora eu fico no prejuízo? Não recomendo esta loja a ninguem, redicula posição diante de um problema que não é meu e sim do tênis e da falta de preparo no atendimento de saber deste detalhe e oferecer um número maior ao cliente. Nota zero para esta loja e um cliente a menos!

On March 18, I bought an Asics model Nimbus 19 sneaker number 42 at the Iguatemi shopping mall in São José do Rio Preto, the same as other 4 Asics shoes that I have had since I have been using this brand for years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento baixo nível na loja de Catanduva (rua Brasil). Sou cliente há anos. Nessa pandemia... Sequer produtos "em condicional" se dispuseram a me enviar. Acho q esta loja...que por sinal parou no tempo....precisa de um dono e um gerente, além de se adequar ao novo. Não recomendo.

A segunda, comprei direto no site deles; paguei com cartão de crédito, 3-4 dias depois, recebi um e-mail me indo informando que minha conta havia sido cancelada!! Assim, sem nenhuma explicação ou o menor sentimento de valorização dos clientes. De verdade, o produto que eu comprei não tinha mais, nem no estoque, embora o site estivesse com disponibilidade. Fizeram meu estorno, dois dias depois. Nãmm
