Minha vozinha chegou da santa casa e antes de entrar em casa, no quintal ela caiu, foi acionado o serviço dos bombeiros ao chegarem se NEGARAM a levar ela novamente pra santa casa pois ela tinha acabado de sair de lá e se negaram a ajudar a levantar ela e coloca-la na cama, como ela era acima do peso, o meu avô e minha tia que estavam lá no momento não conseguiam sozinhos levanta-la, tiveram que IMPLORAR para que eles ajudassem e só assim ajudaram mais reclamando e humilhando minha família dizendo que não era serviço deles! Infelizmente dias depois minha avó veio a falecer... Realmente um descaso total desonrando o próprio juramento ao se tornar bombeiro "FAREI TODO O POSSÍVEL PARA SALVAR"...
 Terrible!! My little voice arrived from the santa casa and before entering the house, in the backyard she fell, the fire service was called upon arrival they REFUSED to take her back to the santa casa because she had just left there and they refused to help her up her and put her to bed, as she was overweight, my grandfather and aunt who were there at the time could not lift her alone, they had to beg them to help and only then helped more complaining and humiliating my family saying it wasn't their job! Unfortunately days later my grandmother died... Really a total disregard dishonoring her own oath to become a firefighter "I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SAVE"...
