★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar limpo, os banheiros limpos, da muito bem pra ir e depois quem precisar sair pra uma aula ou trabalho após o treino pode perfeitamente tomar um banho de Boa, os pesos todos emborrachados, máquinas novas, professores atenciosos e o melhor os preços acessíveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento ao cliente deve estar apoiado em cima de três pilares principais: RECEPTIVIDADE, ATENDIMENTO E A-CO-LHI-MEN-TO!
Vcs precisam ficar mais atentos a isso especialmente em relação àqueles alunos que são tímidos, sedentários ou que tem alguma limitação fisica, psíquica, ou idosos.
A academia tem ótimos equipamentos, uma estrutura suficientenente boa e tem otimos membros em sua equipe!
Mas...cuidado!
Uma maçã podre pode estragar um cesto inteiro!
Todos os alunos que pagam sua mensalidade em dia; são importantes...TODOS!
Que Deus abençoe e prospere grandemente seu negócio.
Problemas existem em todo lugar...é normal!
Mas...problemas existem para serem resolvidos!

Falo isso porque um intrutor me colocou em um equipamento todo suado de outro aluno!
Não é muito agradável...sabe!
