★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na unidade Ipiranga (dia 26, período da manhã). Vendedor que não entende as perguntas e o que você fala, faz interpretações daquilo que você não diz, despreparado para atender o público, grosso. Se não está com vontade de trabalhar, que peça demissão ou mandem embora! Fui comprar na concorrência e não vou recomendar nas academias!
 Very poor service at the Ipiranga unit (26th, morning). Salesman who does not understand the questions and what you speak, makes interpretations of what you do not say, unprepared to meet the public, thick. If you do not feel like working, quit or leave! I went to buy in the competition and I will not recommend it in the academies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade do Ipiranga(bom pastor) quinta as 18 horas e fui PESSIMAMENTE atendido pelo Sr Lucas.Nao deu boa noite,nao olhou na minha cara,eu queria comprar ketchup zero e outros temperos e o msm nao se deu ao trabalho de sair do balcao,uma vergonha.(Justica seja feita,palmas pro funcionario da manha Diego que me atendeu mega bem por telefone e foi atras do sabor q eu queria e nao tinha na loja)
I was in the unit of Ipiranga (good shepherd) at 6:00 p.m. and I was ALWAYS attended to by Mr. Lucas. No good night, no look in my face, I wanted to buy zero ketchup and other seasonings and the MSM did not bother to leave of the balcony, a shame. (Justica is done, palmas to the official of the morning Diego who answered mega mega by phone and was behind the taste that I wanted and did not have in the store)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente faz mais ou menos mais de um ano e antigamente davam desconto, faziam um preço melhor que estava no site. Das últimas 3 vezes que fui perguntei o preço e SEMPRE PASSAM um valor superior do site e SEMPRE tenho que corrigir, isso fica até um clima chato. Olha, acho que os funcionários estão sendo treinados para quando perguntarem um preço, eles falam um preço aleatório, obviamente mais caro. Só continuo comprando ainda por conta do preço, senão já iria estar partindo para outro.
I've been a customer for over a year and they used to give a discount, a better price than it was on the site. From the last 3 times I've been asked the price and ALWAYS PASS a higher value of the site and ALWAYS have to correct, it gets a boring climate. Look, I think employees are being trained so when they ask a price, they say a random price, obviously more expensive. Just keep buying still because of the price, otherwise would be leaving for another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até entregam rápido mas só quando tem produto. O site é o problema, que permite a venda de produtos que não estão em estoque! Isso é péssimo..vc acha que vai receber e alguns dias depois vem msg questionando se prefiro outro produto ou sabor no lugar do que pedi. Fora o atendimento desanimador no whatsapp quando entram em contato, parece até que o erro foi meu!
They even deliver fast but only when you have product. The website is the problem, which allows the sale of products that are not in stock! This is terrible..vc thinks you will receive it and a few days later msg asks if I prefer another product or flavor instead of what I ordered. Apart from the disheartening service on whatsapp when they get in touch, it seems that the mistake was mine!
