 Good morning, I have been in João Pessoa since February 2018, a wonderful, well-managed city, clean, green, with an excellent quality of life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos visitar um cliente e correu tudo muito bem. A experiência seria melhor ainda se houvesse um estacionamento maior ou um serviço de manobrista, ou até mesmo um estacionamento pago próximo. Só conseguimos estacionar o carro a duzentos metros do prédio.
We went to visit a customer and everything went very well. The experience would be even better if there was a larger parking lot or valet service, or even a paid parking lot nearby. We could only park the car two hundred meters from the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um empresarial de pequeno porte. Mas bem localizado. Mais funcional para escritórios e consultórios. Na parte de baixo tem um sebo ( com livros bem interessantes). A primeira loja de roupas da entrada é boa , mas com preços altos . O porteiro é atencioso . Elevador e espaço interno do prédio são bem cuidados e limpos .
A small business. But well located. More functional for offices and offices. At the bottom there is a used bookstore (with very interesting books). The first clothing store at the entrance is good, but with high prices. The doorman is attentive. Elevator and interior of the building are well maintained and clean.
