★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui sorteda durante um evento na minha academia e ganhei um voucher da empresa com os seguintes serviços: limpeza de pele + lifting facial + máscara preciosa + taça de espumante. Fui atendida pela esteticista Maisa. Gostei muito do atendimento e do serviço de limpeza de pele, porém a taça de espumante que eu ganhei foi uma taça de plástico vazia. Seria melhor que a empresa não incluísse o termo "taça de espumante" no voucher, pois tal atitude induz o cliente/sorteado à erro e me deixou bastante decepcionada. É natural que a pessoa crie a expectativa de beber uma taça de espumante no local e não de receber uma taça de plástico vazia.
Os estabelecimentos comerciais devem ser cautelosos quando ofertarem algum serviço, ainda que gratuitamente, para que suas práticas não configurem uma publicidade enganosa e terminem violando algum direito do consumidor.
Além disso, duas amigas que também foram sorteadas nem a taça de plástico receberam.
Gostei do serviço, mas a clínica não me passou credibilidade.
I was lucky during an event at my gym and won a voucher from the company with the following services: skin cleaning + facial lifting + precious mask + glass of sparkling wine. I was attended by the beautician Maisa. I really enjoyed the service and the skin cleaning service, but the glass of sparkling wine I got was an empty plastic bowl. It would be better if the company did not include the term "glass of sparkling wine" in the voucher, as such an attitude induces the customer / winner to make mistakes and left me very disappointed. It is natural for the person to expect to drink a glass of sparkling wine on the spot and not to receive an empty plastic bowl.
Commercial establishments must be cautious when offering any service, even if free of charge, so that their practices do not constitute misleading advertising and end up violating some consumer right.
In addition, two friends who were also drawn or received the plastic bowl.
I liked the service, but the clinic didn't give me credibility.
