You need a lot better to be a good gym. Appliances stuck with so much friction, dirty environment, bathrooms always dirty, smelly and broken.

Good structure, nice location, but still failing.your instructors, who are unable to attend with quality. It is noticeable the attention and quality of service for some students and others not.
