★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria fazer a matrícula e perguntei sobre a flexibilidade de horários e não há. O pior é que nem se disponibilizou a verificar a possibilidade, insisti diversas vezes com a recepcionista para verificar com a gerência o que podia ser feito já que eu tinha grande interesse em me matricular, entretanto ela simplesmente respondeu que provavelmente não ia adiantar porque geralmente quem decide as coisas na unidade é ela (a recepcionista) em conjunto com a professora. Mesmo assim pedi para falar com a gerência e então a recepcionista me enrolou dizendo que iria passar o caso para ela e me ligaria no dia seguinte, e nunca ligou.
A pior parte foi ela me perguntar se eu não tinha gympass, pois segundo ela, quem tem gympass além de pagar mais barato pode marcar as aulas em horários aleatórios sempre que quiser. Então quer dizer que o aluno fidelizado, que paga mais caro e mensalmente, direto para a academia não tem nenhum tipo de vantagem ou preferência? ???

The worst part was that she asked me if I didn't have gympass, because according to her, those who have gympass besides paying cheaper can schedule classes at random times whenever they want. So does it mean that the loyal student, who pays more expensive and monthly, direct to the academy does not have any type of advantage or preference? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado ao assinar o contrato, principalmente se for anual, pois o desconto na mensalidade acaba não compensando os transtornos que vem depois da assinatura do contrato. Antes de assinar o contrato tudo são flores, após a assinatura quando vc fica amarrada tudo muda, aí aparecem as dificuldades para fazer a reposição das aulas e etc etc... Estou decepcionada ... a professora é ótima mas vc acaba sendo apenas um número, a academia é extremamente competente para te cobrar a mensalidade devida;os lembretes surgem no seu email dias antes do vencimento da mensalidade mas contudo não existe o mesmo empenho com o seu comparecimento as aulas. Então fica o alerta, cuidado ... pensem muito antes de assinar um contrato com esta academia.

I'm disappointed ... the teacher is great but you end up being just one number, the academy is extremely competent to charge you the monthly fee, reminders appear in your email days before the monthly payment expiration, but there is not the same commitment to attending classes. So stay alert, be careful ... think hard before you sign a contract with this academy.
