Financeiro não funciona e não reponde e-mail. Coordenação pedagógica infantil extremamente politica com respostas vazias.. Diretoria sem nenhum canal de comunicação com os pais....
As respostas são sempre as mesmas "vamos analisar suas reclamações", "E muito bom saber sua opinião"... Tipo assim: "Vai continuar tudo a mesma #&#@@ porque deu certo nos últimos anos e vcs q se #&#@@"
No mês de junho liguei no dia 08 solicitando o boleto referente ao mês de maio, pois a responsável não enviou.. (Tenho tudo documentado!!)
No dia 30 de junho antecipei o pagamento sendo que vencia no dia 05/07 e enviei um e-mail solicitando o recibo de pagamento... Hj é dia 08 de julho e nada de resposta...
Existe uma outra palavra q não seja "amador"? E não venham usar como desculpa a pandemia, pois o que acontece é a pura falta de processo básico. Já ouviram falar em planejamento estratégico? Gestão operacional e afins?

In the month of June I called on the 08th requesting the payment slip for the month of May, because the responsible person did not send it .. (I have everything documented !!)
On June 30th I anticipated the payment and it was due on July 5th and sent an email requesting the payment receipt ... Today is July 8th and no response ...
Is there another word that is not "amateur"? And don't use the pandemic as an excuse, because what happens is the sheer lack of a basic process. Have you heard of strategic planning? Operational management and the like?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse sistema escolar é o pior. Eles nem são uma escola profissional. Seus professores estão sempre ausentes ou doentes. Eles nem têm professores substitutos. As crianças estão sempre sem trabalho ou tarefas. Eles nem têm quadros brancos em suas salas de aula. eu não recomendaria a ninguém. Se você quer ter um futuro brilhante para o seu filho, sugiro que escolha outra escola. Eles não têm nenhuma tecnologia.
This school system is the worst. They are not even a vocational school. Your teachers are always absent or sick. They don't even have substitute teachers. Children are always without work or chores. They don't even have whiteboards in their classrooms. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want to have a bright future for your child, I suggest you choose another school. They have no technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escola acolhedora! Inclusiva e que está pronta para receber os alunos. Não há sondagem de aprendizado, testes e avaliações para "ver" se a criança pode estudar lá. Temos acesso aos professores e orientadora pedagógica quando necessário.
Há fund. II também no período vespertino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim publicar minha insatisfação com essa escola, fui fazer uma cotação de valores para colo meu filho que vem de escola pública porém eu e o pai achamos interessante colocar em uma escola particular, porém quando fomos falar com essa escola eles simplesmente não responderam mais quando disse que meu filho vinha de escola pública claro eles espertos peguntou como conheceu pq vai que era indicação de aluno né eles não querem perder matrícula, informei que passo em frente por fim não me responderam mais, é triste vê esse tipo de preconceito.... Ainda mais vindo de um lugar que trabalha com a área da educação né deveria ter mais respeito com o ser humano.... Deixo aqui minha insatisfação e não indico para ninguém pq se faz esse tipo de coisa o que será que pode acontecer, se não está preparados para receber esse tipo de público é melhor vcs fechar.... Não indico!!!!
I came to publish my dissatisfaction with this school, I went to make a price quote for my son who comes from public school, but the father and I thought it was interesting to put it in a private school, but when we went to talk to this school they just didn't respond anymore when I said that my son came from public school, of course, they smart asked how he knew because it was a student indication, right, they don't want to lose enrollment, I informed him that I move on, finally they didn't answer me anymore, it's sad to see this kind of prejudice.... Even more, coming from a place that works with the area of education, right, it should have more respect for the human being.... I leave here my dissatisfaction and I don't recommend it to anyone because if you do this kind of thing, what can happen, if you are not prepared to receive this type of public, you better close it.... I don't recommend it!!!!

Ele veio de escola pública e tem dislexia, ou seja transtorno de aprendizagem, a escola foi super acolhedora, e tem o maior carinho conosco.
Professores excelentes, a psicopedagoga Bruno e a Cordenadora
Carol são Maravilhosas, vale a pena ir conhecer a escola pessoalmente .
