This review is only for the service via whatsapp, which is really TERRIBLE! Probably because you don't have a single person for whatsapp/phone service. Personally, the service is completely different.

Vocês têm ideia do absurdo???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, pessoalmente e bom, mais por telefone horrível nunca tinha sido tão mal atendida nesse lugar, funcionários mal educado, Sr nei quem me atendeu grosso, mal educado mal deixa a pessoa falar , pela terceira vez faço um pedido e não entregam, ressaltei que estaria a tal horário e não foram, sem dar nem uma satisfação.minha sugestao e ter uma mulher para o atendimento e controle de pedidos os meninos sobrecarregados da nisso
Bad service by phone, personally and good, but by phone horrible I had never been so poorly attended in this place, rude employees, Mr nei who answered me rude, rude barely lets the person talk, for the third time I make an order and they don't deliver , I pointed out that I would be there at that time and they didn't, without giving even a single satisfaction.

Great variety of medicines, and the service provided by the best vet in Fortaleza, Dr Sérvulo. The jockey's is much bigger, I don't know if there's service at Cj Ceará.
