★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de 1 hora para ser atendido, pois a agência estava cheia de pessoas e havia apenas 1 atendente. Os demais atendentes estavam sentados sem fazer nada. Prefiro me deslocar até Caruaru a ter que ser atendido nesta agência.
 I spent more than 1 hour to be attended because the agency was full of people and there was only 1 attendant. The other attendants were sitting idly by. I'd rather go to Caruaru than have to be seen at this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma atendente muito antipática, sem compromisso com o trabalho e preguiçosa, põe tudo a perder nessa empresa. Atende com cara feia, dando respostas grossas, botando qualquer "problema" que seja para não entregar sua encomenda (caso esteja na empresa e ainda não saiu para entrega), tudo isso por preguiça de ir ver se a encomenda está lá dentro... Não custa nada ajudar o cliente e ver se a encomenda já está lá, isso agiliza e facilita as coisas, além de poupar transtornos. Muita falta de ética profissional! Aconcelho que um gerente veja se esses profissionais estão realmente trabalhando bem, pois, desse modo que vai, fica difícil sair de lá sem ficar constrangido e absolutamente chateado!
A very obnoxious attendant, without commitment to work and lazy, puts everything to lose in this company. It answers with an ugly face, giving rude answers, putting any "problem" that is not to deliver your order (if you are in the company and not yet delivered), all because of laziness to go see if the order is inside ... It costs nothing to help the customer and see if the order is already there, it makes things faster and easier, and saves inconvenience. Too much professional ethics! I advise a manager to see if these professionals are really working well, because this way it is difficult to leave without being embarrassed and absolutely upset!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, ninguém atende o telefone,aqui no site diz que está aberto até 16:00 horas, mentira,abre de 8 e fecha de 12:00.. Atualizem o site pra não fazer ninguém de bobo..?
Horrible, no one answers the phone, here on the site it says it's open until 4:00 pm, that's a lie, it opens from 8 pm and closes at 12:00 pm. Update the site so as not to make a fool of anyone..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tem segurança, não tem respeito aos clientes, demora muito no atendimento, eles mesmo fazem o próprio horário, a tarde raramente está aberto só funciona pela manhã até 12hs e na maioria das vezes com apenas 1 atendente para fazer tudo. Pior agência que existe, precisam reavaliar seus funcionáriose tudo o que tem.
Bad service, no security, no respect for customers, it takes a long time to attend, they even make their own hours, the afternoon is rarely open only in the morning until 12 pm and most of the time with only 1 attendant to do everything. Worst agency out there, they need to reassess their employees and everything they have.

The person calls these people off the hook and doesn't say anything, bad service, if they don't want to work for someone who wants to, horrible service deserves not even 1 star!

Não fizeram NENHUMA tentativa de entrega da minha encomenda que estava no meu endereço e retornaram a mercadoria alegando que eu não fui buscar no prazo. Não tem entregador não? Toda vez é isso. Se eu não me dispor a ir buscar, eles retornam a mercadoria. Sem contar que pararam de funcionar pela tarde o atendimento ao público e só funcionam em horário que já estamos ocupados pra ter que ir até o estabelecimento buscar. Péssimos! Melhorem esse serviço!
Poor service with those who need the services. They didn't make ANY attempt to deliver my order that was at my address and they returned the merchandise claiming that I didn't pick it up on time. There's no delivery guy? That's it every time. If I'm not willing to pick it up, they return the merchandise. Not to mention that the public service stopped working in the afternoon and only work at times when we are already busy to have to go to the establishment to pick up. Bad! Improve this service!
