★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti lesado quando cheguei na agência para fazer uma uma logística reversa e o atendente disse que a caixa em que estava o meu produto(em perfeito estado, mas do Mercado Livre) não poderia ser utilizada na devolução e que eu deveria comprar uma dos correios para enviar. Fui em uma outra agência em que a atendente simplesmente pegou a caixa lacrou e enviou de volta! Quero deixar claro que em todas as agências que já fui em JF nunca passei por isso e sempre tive um atendimento rápido e eficaz.

I went to another agency where the attendant simply took the sealed box and sent it back! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basicamente fui obrigado a comprar a caixa deles simplesmente pelo fato deles não "poderem" fechar ela com o durex deles, detalhe; usaram uma quantidade absurda apenas para colar um papel na caixa. Era só passar 7 cm de fita na caixa... Não recomendo e só volto em última necessidade
