★ ★ ★ ★ ★ funcionários mal educados e preguiçosos, tento ligar e nunca atendem... fui lá mesmo assim, não entenderam meu lado e nem me auxiliaram! minha encomenda deveria ter chegado há 2 dias e constou no rastreio que não encontraram meu endereço sendo que nem passaram na minha rua!!!!!!!!! há falta de profissionais, uma vergonha.
rude and lazy employees, I try to call and never answer ... I went there anyway, they didn't understand my side and they didn't help me! my order should have arrived 2 days ago and it was in the screening that they didn't find my address and they didn't even pass my street !!!!!!!!! there is a lack of professionals, a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende ligação, não respondem email e não entregam as encomendas. Mais de 20 dias a encomenda lá e não entregam, carro dos correios faz semanas que não passa 1 pelo bairro. Os funcionários de lá não gostam de trabalhar.
Does not answer calls, does not answer emails and does not deliver orders. More than 20 days to order there and they do not deliver, car from the post office for weeks that has not passed 1 through the neighborhood. The employees there don't like to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo na foi no dia 10 sexta foi pegar a minha encomenda quando cheguei lá o rapaz falou que tinha que ligar, na segunda liguei o rapaz disse que no meu endereço passa o carteiro um dia sim outro, enfim ele passou e não deixo nem uma encomenda pois a minha encomenda e simples e não tem código de rastreamento aí ontem liguei dia 15 quarta e o rapaz atendeu e falou que era pra ligar de 10:00 as 12:00 aí liguei e caia como tirasse do cabo do telefone e é um absurdo com o atendente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu vejo 20 pessoas reclamando e 2 ou 3 fazendo grandes elogios, já sei: esses são parentes ou amigos dos funcionários. Porque as agências dos Correios são assim: atendem muito mal, carteiro não passa mas mente e escreve alguma desculpa, telefones não atendem. São ruins, muito ruins as agências dos Correios.
When I see 20 people complaining and 2 or 3 giving high praise, I know: these are employees' relatives or friends. Because the Post Offices are like that: they serve very poorly, the postman doesn't pass by but lies and writes some excuse, telephones don't answer. Post offices are bad, very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!! Quando as encomendas saem do Centro de Distribuição de Recife p/ Vitória pode sentar e chorar!!! Passam dias, semanas e não entregam. Antes quando as mercadorias iam pra Distribuição de Jaboatão era ótimo, depois que mudou pra VSA foi LAMENTÁVEL!!! Funcionários preguiçosos que não gostam de trabalhar!
Horrible!! When the orders leave the Recife Distribution Center for Vitória, you can sit and cry!!! Days, weeks go by and they don't deliver. Before when the goods went to Jaboatão Distribution it was great, after it changed to VSA it was DISGUSTING!!! Lazy employees who don't like to work!
