★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu produto chegou em um dia e quando fui buscar no dia seguinte eles já tinham mandado voltar, nem entraram em contato e nem esperaram um único dia. Sem falar que quando a pessoa liga pra perguntar algo eles não atendem e simplesmente tiram o telefone do gancho pra não chamar mais.
Se tivesse como dar 0 estrelas eu daria.
 My product arrived in one day and when I went to pick it up the next day they had already sent it back, neither contacted nor waited a single day. Not to mention that when the person calls to ask something they do not answer and simply take the phone off the hook to not call anymore.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse correios precisa seriamente de uma reformulação, pois os funcionários vão trabalhar de mal humor, fazer o serviço nas agências com ignorância, com mal atendimento. O que mais me irrita é que os produtos chegam aqui bem antes do prazo, mas eles demoram muito pra entregar na casa do destinatário e quando a pessoa tenta ir buscar na agência, pois precisa da encomenda, eles com preguiça de ir procurar o produto no estoque dizem que não podem entregar, que a pessoa tem que esperar a boa vontade deles de entregar em casa.
This post office is in serious need of reformulation, as employees will work in a bad mood, do the job in the branches with ignorance, with poor service. What irritates me most is that the products arrive here well before the deadline, but they take a long time to deliver to the recipient's house and when the person tries to pick up the agency, because they need the order, they are too lazy to go and look for the product at stock they say they can't deliver, that the person has to wait for their willingness to deliver at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bem mais ou menos, várias pessoas vão com o intuito de pegar a encomenda e eles falam pra voltar no outro dia, como se as pessoas tivessem tempo livre. E as informações que repassam na porta são incoerentes, fui hoje e não estava aberto, sendo que no aviso estaria aberto.
Service more or less, several people go with the intention of picking up the order and they say to come back the next day, as if people had free time. And the information they pass on at the door is inconsistent, I went today and it wasn't open, and the notice would be open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria ter um supervisor, pq os funcionários n atendem o telefone, e qndo vamos á agência, é como se fossemos inimigos deles, trabalham por obrigação, sem vontade, já q é pra trabalhar assim, melhor entregar o cargo.
Pena q n podemos dá -estrelas
There should be a supervisor, because the employees don't answer the phone, and when we go to the agency, it's like we're their enemies, they work out of obligation, unwilling, since it's to work like this, better hand over the position.
