I asked for a book and when it was delivered it was thrown out the window, causing damage to the book. A shame on this company that should make sure that our purchases arrive without damage! Shame.

Ele simplismente chegou em minha residência e jogou meu recebido no chao nao apitou nem nada e nem esperou eu sair fora quando sai q olhei pro chao tava meu recebido la eu estou indignada quanta irresponsabilidade se ele nao sabe trabalhar ta bom dele sair desse emprego e deixa quem sabe no lugar dele poq pelo amor de deus.
It was very bad the deliveryman who came to do his job. He simply arrived at my residence and threw my received on the floor he did not whistle or anything and he did not expect me to leave when he left I looked at the chao was my received it I am indignant how much irresponsibility if he does not know how good he is leaving his job and leaves who knows in his place maybe for the love of God.

E sem falar que não atendem o telefone, péssimo atendimento.
The delivery man throws the mail on the sidewalk maybe too lazy to enter the area and throw it under the door, and that is always!
And not to mention that they don't answer the phone, bad service.
