Depois que falei o que eu desejaria ele me disse que passaria para um colega pois ele estava atendendo ao balcão. Warley/i não sei lá das contas é que veio me atender. Já alterado ele tentou fingir que não estava ouvindo e daí tive que falar muito alto o que queria passar para ele. Cheio de m'a vontade. Num certo instante ele percebeu que não estava falando com uma ignorante e por sua falta de gentileza e educação solicitei o nome dele completo e ele imediatamente desligou na minha cara. Liguei novamente e ele mesmo atendeu, e eu perguntei Warley vc desligou mesmo o telefone na minha cara ou foi impressao minha e ele respondeu todo alterado: tenho muita gente para atender e nao sou obrigado a lhe fornecer o meu nome completo e muito menos anotar seu celular para te avisar de nada. E novamente desligou do telefone. Gostaria que soubessem que como os correios atende ao PUBLICO, 'e o publico que paga o salario dele, entao ele tem obrigacao sim de fornecer o nome completo para uma possivel denuncia e ou queixa do cidadao mal tratado. Está mais do que na hora de contratar funcionários.
Pois quando o mesmo tira férias ou está

Outro problema é que as encomendas nós que temos que buscar na agência pois nem entregador tem mais.
