Muitas vezes a encomenda chega mais rápido de São Paulo pra Carpina, do que Carpina até minha residência. Nas próximas compras, vou dar preferência as transportadoras, ao invés dos correios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive nos Correios com minha avó pra atualizar o CPF dela.ao chegar lá pude perceber o descaso dos órgãos com o atendimento ao público! De 4 caixas só tinha um que estava funcionando. Cheio de idosos esperando na fila sem contar com as outras pessoas.Nao culpo os funcionários mais os responsáveis pelo Correios.
Today I was at the Post Office with my grandmother to update her CPF. Upon arriving there I was able to perceive the negligence of the organs with the service to the public! Of 4 boxes there was only one that was working. Full of old people waiting in line without counting on other people. I do not blame the employees plus those in charge of the Post Office.

Moro na cidade a anos, meu bairro é bem próximo ao centro da cidade, vejo as entregas chegarem em bairros bem mais afastados, até no meu vizinho já chegou, e só na minha casa nunca chega, faço muitas comprar pela internet e ja fui lesado algumas vezes por isso, e sempre que vou reclamar inventam uma desculpa.
Outra questão, hoje mesmo fui pessoalmente buscar uma encomenda de produtos de trabalho feita pela internet, mesmo a agencia não me dando qualquer aviso que minha encomenda chegou, e eu tive que seguir o rastreamento do pedido na empresa, esses que tem o prazo de retirada da agencia de no máximo 3 dias, ao chegar no local, exatamente as 15:57, com as portas normais e a placa visivelmente dizendo "aberto", o segurança simplesmente olhou para mim, virou a placa para "fechado" , fechou as portas, ainda tentei ir argumentar pra dizer que mesmo sabendo que o horário é ates as 16hrs, eu não pude ir antes, que só ia fazer a retirada do material, e adivinha só, perdi o minha encomenda que hoje volta para a empresa em São Paulo. Sinceramente falta de respeito de causar indignação em qualquer um, com funcionários desqualificado, arrogantes, despreparados e nada profissionais. Decepcionante!

Another issue today I personally went to search for an order of work products made by the internet, even the agency did not give me any warning that my order arrived, and I had to follow the tracking of the order in the company, those that have the withdrawal deadline of the agency for a maximum of 3 days, upon arriving at the place, exactly at 15:57, with the normal doors and the plate visibly saying "open", the security simply looked at me, turned the plate to "closed", closed the doors , I still tried to argue to say that even knowing that the time is until 16hrs, I could not go before, that I was only going to do the material removal, and guess what, I lost my order that today comes back to the company in São Paulo . Sincerely lack of respect to cause indignation at anyone, with disqualified, arrogant, unprepared and unprofessional staff. Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma agencia que não tem um número que possa falar com algum funcionário. O único número é de um fax. Se bem que reclamar de órgão do governo no brasil não dar em nada. E ainda cobram caro por um serviço ruim e lento.
An agency that doesn't have a number that can talk to an employee. The only number is for a fax. Although complaining about a government agency in Brazil comes to nothing. And they charge dearly for poor and slow service.
