No app dos correios consta que minha encomenda foi entregue, sendo que fiquei esperando o dia inteiro e não aparecer NINGUÉM. E pra completar, não atendem o telefone, acho que é de enfeite só. Serviço PÉSSIMO, a má vontade chegou ai e ficou. ?MELHOREM!

The post office app shows that my order was delivered, and I was waiting all day and NO ONE showed up. And to top it off, they don't answer the phone, I think it's just for decoration. TERRIBLE service, the ill will came and stayed. ?BETTER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha entrega apareceu que foi entregue ao destinatário, porém não houve essa entrega (Sendo que tem pessoas em casa o dia inteiro). Precisei ir lá, onde o atendimento é restrito em 13:30 às 16:00 de seg à sexta.
Ambiente pequeno para atendimento ao público, apenas um funcionário para atender as pessoas que estavam lá, comigo tinham 6 pessoas. Então vamos dizer que o atendimento é bom, fui bem atendida, mas o ambiente em si, para espera, não é tão favorável. Não tem acesso para pessoas deficientes(cadeirantes), apenas 1 cadeira de espera. CDD situado em local que para chegar tem muita lama e muito buraco.
Mas consegui resolver e pegar minha encomenda. Fim! ?
In my delivery it appeared that it was delivered to the recipient, but there was no such delivery (Since there are people at home all day long). I had to go there, where the service is restricted from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm from mon to friday.
Small environment to serve the public, only one employee to attend the people who were there, with me there were 6 people. So let's say the service is good, I was well attended, but the environment itself, for waiting, is not so favorable. It does not have access for disabled people (wheelchair users), only 1 waiting chair. CDD located in a place that has a lot of mud and a lot of holes to get there.
But I managed to resolve and take my order. The end! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que está acontecendo com os correios, as minhas encomendas sempre vieram certas e agora está dando problema no endereço. Minhas coisas estão voltando . Uma hora diz que o endereço está incorreto outra diz que foi feito algumas tentativas, sendo que estou sempre em casa nos dias programados para a entrega e toda manhã estou em casa. Esses carteiros são preguiçosos e não fazem o trabalho direito .
I don't know what's happening with the post office, my orders always came in correctly and now there's a problem with the address. My stuff is coming back. One time it says that the address is incorrect, the other it says that some attempts were made, as I am always at home on the days scheduled for delivery and every morning I am at home. These postmen are lazy and don't do the job right.
