★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha mercadoria chegaria hoje em minha residência fiquei esperando até agora nada no rastreamemto diz que foi entregue ao destinatário mas eu não recebido nada ainda,isso é um absurdo serviço péssimo.
My merchandise would arrive today at my residence, I was waiting until now, nothing in the tracking says it was delivered to the recipient but I haven't received anything yet, that's an absurd, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,pedi para falar com o gerente a respeito da minha encomenda que retornou,sendo que fiquei 2 dias seguidos esperando em casa.
O funcionário não chamou o gerente e nem passou os nomes dos mesmos e ainda falou com minha esposa que ela que tinha que resolver os problemas dela.
Terrible service, I asked to speak to the manager about my order that returned, and I was waiting for 2 days at home.
The employee did not call the manager or give their names and even told my wife that she had to solve her problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o problema não a agência e sim o funcionário que simplismente sai p entregar, não vem e coloca que a entrega não foi feita pois estava com numeração irregular mais e mentira , simplismente nem vem no bairro e volta em outro dia pois aqui no meu bairro só tem um ponto onde o correio entrega as encomendas de todos os moradores. Já estão carecas de saber o endereço .mais como aqui e o último bairro a ser entregue p ir embora rápido simplismenente.coloca q não foi encontrado. Mais uma vez volta aqui para reclamar e uma falta de respeito saíram p entregar sexta nem viera no bairro e colocaram que a númeracao está erra da ,hoje segunda saíram novae e novamente não vieram no bairro e colocaram que não encontraram o endereço o que e impossível pois o correio veio de manhã e entregou como sempre minhas mercadorias já a que chegaria no carro devido o tamanho nem chegou a vim no bairro amanhã cedo vou ligar p reclamar pois e uma sacanagem isso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha 3 mercadorias para chegar pelo correrios e não entendi pq uma chegou e duas voltou. E o entregar ainda disse virou é disse tem duas mercadorias que voltou vcs vão ter que ir retirar!!! Sendo que nenhum momento as outras duas mercadorias veio.
I had 3 goods to arrive by post office and I didn't understand why one arrived and two came back. And the delivery still said turned and said there are two goods that came back you will have to go pick up!!! Being that no time the other two goods came.
