★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço Correios é péssimo! Não existe nenhum canal para contato indireto (Whatsapp, e-mail, celular, fixo). Na pandemia, como evitar aglomeração?
The Correios service is terrible! There is no channel for indirect contact (Whatsapp, email, mobile, landline). In a pandemic, how to avoid crowding?

Telefones nunca atendem, filas enormes, tem 4 caixas, mas só funciona 2, horrível, ruim de mais.
Sou contra privatizações, mas de verdade, os correios estão pedindo pra isso.
Worst agency I have ever met.
Phones never answer, huge lines, has 4 boxes, but only works 2, horrible, bad too.
I'm against privatization, but really, the post office is asking for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA, primeiro recebo pela ECT correspondência do meu provedor de internet no mesmo endereço do meu cartão bancário, porém o cartão já faz 40dd sem receber e quando procuro eles dizem que é erro no endereço. Rebanho de incompetentes.
Lousy, I first receive correspondence from my internet provider via ECT at the same address as my bank card, but the card is already 40dd without receiving it and when I look for it they say it is an error in the address. Flock of incompetents.

Enviei uma correspondência que vendi pelo Mercado Livre para Cruz das Almas BA, já faz 10 (DEZ) DIAS que está PARADA na agência desse Correio LIXO e eles não entregam ao destinatário!! Telefone chama, chama, chama e NINGUÉM atende! Pior agencia que já vi, enquanto não entregam a correspondência não recebo o dinheiro da minha venda pqp.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I sent a correspondence that I sold through Mercado Livre to Cruz das Almas BA, it has been 10 (TEN) DAYS since it is STOPPED at that Correio LIXO agency and they do not deliver to the recipient !! Telephone calls, calls, calls and NO ONE answers! Worst agency I have ever seen, while they don't deliver the mail I don't receive the money from my pqp sale.

Antes da greve as encomendas estavam atrasadas e ainda peguei filas de 2hs pra ouvir que não a localizaram!
Um absurdo... tenho encomendas aqui na ag desde 20/07, lembrando que a greve começou bem depois. E o pior que não podemos retirar e eles não entregam, em plena pandemia que tivemos que nos reinventar esses fanfarrões vem prejudicar a população! Deixo aqui minha indignação!!!

Before the strike, orders were delayed and I still took 2 hour queues to hear that they couldn't find it!
An absurd ... I have orders here at AG since 07/20, remembering that the strike started much later. And the worst that we cannot remove and they do not deliver, in the middle of a pandemic that we had to reinvent ourselves these bullying comes to harm the population! I leave here my indignation !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente chega ser um absurdo, descaso total e desrespeito com a população. Não estão entregando as encomendas e nem permitem a retirada, uma total falta de respeito com todos nós que estamos enfrentando uma pandemia, prejudicando a população e ainda trata mal em um péssimo atendimento!!
Tenho encomendas aqui no centro de distribuição desde o dia 13 de agosto e até o momento nada, já fui na agência duas vezes pego filas absurdas pra ouvir " sinto muito, mas não posso fazer nada". Já perdi vendas por conta dessa greve, esse é o preço que pagamos além de pagarmos financeiramente caro pra essa corja que se acha costas largas. Privatizar já!!!!
It really is absurd, total neglect and disrespect for the population. They are not delivering the orders and they do not even allow the withdrawal, a total lack of respect with all of us who are facing a pandemic, harming the population and still treating badly in a bad service !!
I have orders here at the distribution center since August 13th and so far nothing, I have already been to the agency twice, I took absurd lines to hear "I'm sorry, but I can't do anything". I have already lost sales due to this strike, this is the price we pay in addition to paying financially expensive for this gang that has broad backs. Privatize now !!!!
