★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem tranquilo. Estabelecimento é pequeno, com apenas 2 guichês, mas tranquilo. Dia de sexta é mais vazio pela tarde, devido ao fato dos órgãos mais perto só funcionarem pela manhã.
Pretty cool. Establishment is small with only 2, but quiet. Friday's day is emptier in the afternoon due to the fact that the nearest organs only work in the morning.

Como fui informada que o horário de funcionamento não era respeitado pontualmente, sempre optei em ir em horários intermediários, nem perto do começo ou fim do expediente, não tive problemas até agora. A agência é pequena, mas não vive lotada, os funcionários são prestativos.
I've been using this agency's service for a couple of months now. As I was informed that the opening hours were not respected punctually, I always chose to go at intermediate times, not close to the beginning or end of the day, I have had no problems so far. The agency is small, but not crowded, the staff are helpful.
