★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanho minhas encomendas através do app "Correios". Recebi no app a notificação de que minha encomenda não foi entregue e que a agência alegou "endereço incorreto", isso não procede. Chequei o endereço e todos os dados estão corretos, inclusive recebi encomendas no mesmo enderreço anteriormente, porém, só recebi após pedir reenvio, pois na primeira tentativa a agência dos correios de Eldorado dos Carajás - PA também alegou "endereço incorreto".
Solicito imediatamente a entrega da minha encomenda antes que a mesma seja devolvida injustamente!
PS: Tentei ligar várias vezes, não me atenderam e em seguida me bloquearam.
I track my orders through the "Correios" app. I received in the app the notification that my order was not delivered and that the agency claimed "incorrect address", this is not the case. I checked the address and all the data is correct, I even received orders at the same address previously, however, I only received it after asking for reshipment, because in the first attempt the post office in Eldorado dos Carajás - PA also claimed "incorrect address".
I immediately request delivery of my order before it is returned unjustly!
PS: I tried to call several times, they didn't answer me and then they blocked me.
