★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião é a melhor agência do centro de Niterói, eles são educados (em sua maioria), e ágeis, porém quase sempre só tem 1 pessoa atendendo e o local é pequeno, então as pessoas ficam do lado de fora na calçada.
In my opinion it is the best agency in the center of Niterói, they are polite (mostly), and agile, but almost always there is only one person attending and the place is small, so people are outside on the sidewalk.

Essa agência diz que foi no meu endereço 4 vezes e não tinha ninguém pra receber o carteiro, isso é MENTIRA, eu estava em casa TODOS OS DIAS, agora eu tenho que ir na agência, em plena PANDEMIA MUNDIAL, enfrentar uma fila de mais de 1 hora pra pegar uma encomenda q eu PAGUEI pra receber em casa. ?
I AM IN FAVOR OF POST PRIVATIZATION because the service is terrible! This agency says it was at my address 4 times and there was no one to receive the postman, this is LIE, I was at home EVERYDAY, now I have to go to the agency, in the middle of WORLD PANDEMIA, face a queue of more than 1 hour to pick up an order that I PAID to receive at home. ?
