They threw my correspondence on the neighbor's stairs, no one signed the protocol, it was taken for granted, the neighbor asked whose it was in the neighborhood and luckily they found me. Irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem a benção do telefone fixo, quando atende a ligação a pessoa fica batendo papo com a outra, fiquei na linha 5:35 s escutando os atendentes baterem papo.
Francamente e é a mesma coisa quando você vai presencial ficam de bate papo.
Infelizmente alguns colaboradores deixam a desejar.
They do not answer the blessing of the landline, when they answer the call the person is chatting with the other, I was on the line 5:35 s listening to the attendants chatting.
Frankly, it is the same thing when you go face-to-face and chat.
Unfortunately, some collaborators fall short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez, acompanhando através do aplicativo para rastrear a entrega, e aguardando de plantão para receber a encomenda, algum carteiro, que NÃO chamou no endereço, justifica que não foi atendido. Lamentável
For the second time, following through the application to track the delivery, and waiting on duty to receive the order, some postman, who did NOT call at the address, justifies that he was not answered. Unfortunate
