O servidor responsável deve andar muito infeliz com oq faz, frustrado por não ter aprovação em um concurso diferente, pq trata a todos com muito desprezo e desatenção. Telefone toca até dar sinal de fax sem ser atendido, seja em que horário for. O horário da agência é diferente do informado (na verdade atende ao público apenas até o meio-dia e não às 16hs). Tenho uma caixa postal lá que não serve para nada é que já me fez perder envio de correspondência (o cara não pôs na cx postal, mas mandou de volta ao remetente).
