★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui mal atendida, mas em compensação, não atendem o telefone. A gente liga, liga, liga...não atendem, liga de novo e dá ocupado. O que me dá a entender que funcionário atende quando bem quer.
I've never been poorly served, but in compensation, they don't answer the phone. We call, call, call ... they don't answer, call again and get busy. Which gives me to understand which employee works whenever he wants.
