No quesito péssimo, uma das vezes que estava na fila para ser atendido, presenciei uma cena constrangedora de um dos funcionários sendo grosso com uma cliente idosa da zona rural.
Delay in deliveries is considered "normal" here. The service varies from good to very bad, depending on who is attending.
On the bad side, one of the times I was in line to be attended, I witnessed an embarrassing scene of one of the employees being thick with an elderly client from the countryside.

Horrible, very bad service, it doesn’t let you know when it closes or when we open our correspondence, it doesn’t deliver without saying that now it lives almost closed ñ I know why. We need people who like it and want to work for real ok
