 Horrible, we just call and are busy and have a package that was supposed to have been delivered and so far not even speaking that arrived in the city. Too bad the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante essa pandemia 2 de 4encomenda chegaram com 1 semana de atraso mas foi avisado do atraso depois pelo site que comprei entao eles respeitaram o novo prazo que me deram! Não me arrependo ate pq e o unico serviço de entrega, sem conta as transportadoras de coisas grandes
During this pandemic 2 of 4 orders arrived 1 week late but I was notified of the delay later by the website I bought so they respected the new deadline they gave me! I don't regret it because it is the only delivery service, not counting the carriers of big things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito tempo de espera, filas grandes, atendimento com horário reduzido pra uma agência somente existente pra uma cidade inteira que já cresceu muito. Não fazem entrega em bairros fora do centro, (e pagamos pelo serviço por igual), causando danos e muito tempo perdido para esperar nas filas o que temos o direito de receber no nosso endereço. Passou da hora há tempos de Tianguá expandir ou ter mais agência dos Correios. É muito descaso e falta de respeito com a população.
A lot of waiting time, long lines, service with reduced hours for an agency that only exists for an entire city that has already grown a lot. They do not deliver to neighborhoods outside the center (and we pay for the service equally), causing damage and a lot of wasted time waiting in lines, which we are entitled to receive at our address. It's long past time for Tianguá to expand or have more Post Office. There is a lot of neglect and lack of respect for the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível, fiz um pedido na shoppe e paguei frete (que não foi barato) para simplesmente a transportadora não fazer a entrega(????) Eu moro em sítio e mandei o endereço para o meu irmão e quando eu msm fui lá falaram q apenas ele pode pegar, tive q pedir reembolso do pedido por causa do trabalho preguiçoso da empresa.
Simply horrible, I placed an order at the shoppe and paid shipping (which wasn't cheap) to simply not deliver the carrier (????) I live in a farm and I sent the address to my brother and when I went there they said q only he can take it, i had to ask for a refund of the order because of the company's lazy work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre cheio, a má vontade no atendimento é notória, parecem umas lesmas andando. além de informar na internet que horário de funcionamento é das 8 às 16, fecham de 12 às 15 hs. Tem privatizar este covil de sindicalistas.
