â â â â â O atendimento deixa muito a desejar, sĂŁo apenas dois funcionĂĄrios atendendo, o que prolonga a espera na fila e a demora ao finalizar o atendimento. A impressĂŁo que se tem Ă© que os funcionĂĄrios estĂŁo fazendo um favor para o usuĂĄrio. Poderia ser melhor se se preocupassem em melhorar o atendimento. Uma pena que a cidade possua apenas esta agĂȘncia.
The service leaves much to be desired, there are only two employees serving, which prolongs the wait in line and the delay in completing the service. The impression is that the employees are doing the user a favor. It could be better if they were concerned with improving care. Too bad the city has only this agency.

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo, todas as minhas encomendas demoram muito para serem entregues (mts vzs nem entregam) relatando endereço incorreto ou dizendo q tentaram entregar mas n conseguiram. JĂĄ tive dois produtos q voltaram para o remetente, realmente um descaso q infelizmente temos q aguentar.
Lousy service, all my orders take a long time to be delivered (many times neither deliver) reporting incorrect address or saying q tried to deliver but failed. I already had two products that went back to the sender, really a disregard that unfortunately we have to endure.

Colocam no rastreamento que o objeto foi entregue sem ter sido, e quando vocĂȘ vai na agĂȘncia, dizem que nĂŁo estĂĄ lĂĄ, que estĂĄ no carro, rodando pela cidade, atĂ© que o carteiro tenha a boa vontade de entregar. Enquanto isso, vocĂȘ senta e espera. Detalhe: o prazo de entrega jĂĄ venceu!!!

Eu nĂŁo sabia que a agĂȘncia sĂł estava funcionando 08h Ă s 12hs, cheguei lĂĄ o funcionĂĄrio estava na porta conversando e simplesmente quando a pessoa foi embora ele fechou a porta sem ao menos perguntar o que eu queria para informar que nĂŁo estavam mais atendendo naquele horĂĄrio, eu que tive que chamar ele depois de ter fechado a porta pra ter uma resposta.
Very rude employee!
I didn't know that the agency was only open from 8 am to 12 pm, I got there the employee was at the door talking and simply when the person left he closed the door without even asking what I wanted to inform them that they were no longer working at that time, I had to call him after I closed the door to get an answer.
