★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos Atendentes, despreparadas e muito mau educadas, fazem questão de ser lentas ou que descriminam as pessoas eu fui descriminado. No dia 29/07/2021 fui a essa credenciaria dos correios brasileiro, loja franqueada, onde por três vezes ao longo do dia ficou sem “internet” segundo as atendentes é um outro atendente masculino que se diz responsável, informou que se eu quisesse postar a minha devolução teria de pagar e não ser ressarcido, lembramos que os correios, maioria da movimentação e devolver ou receber mercadorias e por que se o pagamento for feito em dinheiro ou cartão não precisa internet!!!!!! Fiz a reclamação e aguardo retorno
 Terrible attendants, unprepared and very poorly educated, they insist on being slow or discriminating against people I was discriminated against. On 07/29/2021 I went to this Brazilian post office, a franchised store, where three times throughout the day there was no "internet" according to the attendants, another male attendant who claims to be responsible, informed me that if I wanted to post my return would have to pay and not be reimbursed, remember that the post office, most of the movement and return or receive goods and why if payment is made in cash or card, you don't need internet!!!!!! I made the complaint and I'm waiting for a return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor agência dos Correios da região, as atendentes são mega profissionais, trabalham com rapidez e atenção, nunca vi essa agência com mais de 10 pessoas na fila e quando tem fila nunca fiquei mais de 15 minutos na mesma.
Quero tecer um elogio a atendente Laudiceia, todas são incansáveis, mas a Laudiceia é uma pessoa incrível e mega atenciosa.
Quero disser também que a galera que trabalha no suporte também são super profissionais e não deixam o material acumular.
Ou seja a equipe de fato veste a camisa, essa agência é um exemplo de eficiência.
The best post office in the region, the attendants are mega professionals, work quickly and attentively, I have never seen this agency with more than 10 people in line and when there is a line I never stayed more than 15 minutes in it.
I want to give a compliment to the attendant Laudiceia, all of them are tireless, but Laudiceia is an incredible and very helpful person.
I also want to say that the guys who work in the support are also super professional and do not let the material accumulate.
In other words, the team actually wears the shirt, this agency is an example of efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, em relação às meninas que atendem o público, 100%. Atendem bem, trabalham bem, são rápidas, e simpáticas. O problema dessa unidade dos correios é que a vizinhança cresceu e a agência ficou pequena e o número de funcionários insuficiente. As filas têm aumentado muito com o tempo, mas não é culpa dos funcionários, é culpa da estrutura que não cresceu juntamente com a demanda. Tem dias que a gente chega e não tem ninguém na fila, mas tem dias que a gente fica meia hora a 45 minutos, e do lado de fora, em pé. Então, o material humano é ótimo, mas a infraestrutura não dá mais conta do recado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local, achei que já estaria fechado quando cheguei, pois faltavam apenas dois minutos para o encerramento da atividade, mas, tive uma grata surpresa da porta ainda está aberta. Atendimento atencioso, profissional e prático.
Acredito que pelo tamanho da agência, em determinadas horas pode ser exceder a capacidade, visto a quantidade de prédios ao redor. Mas, dentro do que eu precisei, totalmente correspondido. Muito obrigado!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se os Correios quisessem realmente oferecer um serviço de excelência fariam como o uber: canal de avaliação do funcionário que atendeu cada cliente. Simples assim. Não vejo a hora dessa empresa deixar de ser pública e as coisas entrarem no trilho. Botar na rua a galera que atende de cara amarrada e em velocidade de tartaruga. Junto pra rua também deve ir a gerência, já que nada faz pra mudar isso. Não vou citar nomes pois não tenho provas. De qq forma fatos notórios dispensam prova!
If Correios really wanted to offer an excellent service, they would do like uber: evaluation channel for the employee who served each customer. That simple. I can't wait for this company to stop being public and things get on track. Putting on the street the people who answer with a frown and at turtle speed. The management must also go along the street, as they do nothing to change that. I won't name names because I have no proof. In any way notorious facts do not need proof!
