Today 05/11/2021 order arrives in the mail and no one will deliver I have to travel to the agency to get my stuff and put up with the poor service !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tantas reclamações e cada dia que passa só piora o atendimento e serviços dos Correios na nossa cidade . Vocês colocam que funcionam até as 16.00h tudo mentira só trabalham das 9.00h até as 12.00h .
So many complaints and every day that goes by only worsens the postal service and services in our city. You put that they work until 16.00h, all lie, they only work from 9.00h to 12.00h.

Pura mentira, só abre das 9 (ou 9:30) e fecha as 12. Também existe um problema de não entregar, fazendo a gente ir no local pegar as encomendas e ainda marca algumas encomendas como entregue e nunca são entregues!!!
It says it's open from 8 am to 12 and from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Pure lie, it only opens at 9 (or 9:30) and closes at 12. There is also a problem of not delivering, making us go to the place to pick up the orders and even mark some orders as delivered and they are never delivered!!!
