★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a espera de uma encomenda que já chegou no Correios de Itaparica mais não saiu pra entrega! Isso já tem 6 dias que chegou no Correios, eu quero saber se entrega na residência da pessoa ou eu tenho que ir buscar?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente se vira nos 30, na maioria das vezes trabalha sozinho, fila gigante, agência muito pequena, sem conforto algum para os servidores e muito menos para os usuários que ficam esperando no TEMPO, sol ou chuva, sem nenhuma condição. Lamentável isso, por ser um serviço pago e caro, deveria funcionar bem.
Attendant turns around 30, most of the time he works alone, giant queue, very small agency, without any comfort for the servers and even less for the users who are waiting in TIME, sun or rain, without any conditions. Unfortunately, as it is a paid and expensive service, it should work well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome dessa agência deveria ser “a agência mais preguiçosa do Brasil”. A agência fecha 12:00, só entrega nas localidades escolhidas por eles deixando as outras localidades no descaso obrigando os usuários das mesmas a ir até a agência enfrentrar filas enormes, sol e chuva além de um péssimo atendimento. Sem contar as muitas vezes que por falta de informação gastamos nosso dinheiro de transporte e não somos atendidos por já ter ultrapassado o horário de atendimento imposto por eles de meio turno.
The name of this agency should be “the laziest agency in Brazil”. The agency closes at 12:00, only delivers to the locations chosen by them, leaving other locations in neglect, forcing users to go to the agency to face huge queues, sun and rain, and poor service. Not to mention the many times that, due to lack of information, we spend our money on transportation and we are not assisted because we have already exceeded the half-shift service hours imposed by them.
