★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O entregador colocou informação mentirosa no status de entrega, dizendo que na tentativa de entrega não foi realizada porque o carteiro não foi atendido. O endereço passou o dia INTEIRO com gente em casa. Durante parte do dia, inclusive, estávamos na garagem do prédio. Ou seja, mesmo se ao tocar o interfone não tivesse ninguém em casa, estávamos fora, na frente do portão (feito de grade de alumínio, totalmente aberto). Quero apenas deixar registrado que esse tipo de status pode ser mentiroso, para você que como eu, acreditava.

Ambos fazem parte da empresa Correios, porém, o CDD é o setor dos carteiros. Esse é o setor das entregas.
Se existe um problema com sua ENTREGA, é no setor dos carteiros, CDD, que você precisa verificar.
Grande parte das reclamações são sobre a entrega e estão fazendo reclamações com o setor de CAPTAÇÃO, que é a AGÊNCIA.
A agência recebe as postagens e faz a guarda das encomendas que houve impossibilidade de entrega pelos carteiros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acompanho pelo rastreio que a minha encomenda saiu com o carteiro às 13hrs, coloquei o endereço da empresa para entrega para garantir o recebimento, visto que sempre tem alguém para receber. A encomenda não chega até às 18 horas e o sistema dos correios atualizam dizendo que o carteiro não foi atendido as 18:28! Eu não sabia que os correios faziam entregas noturnas! Está no site bem claro que as entregas são feitas até no máximo 17 horas, será que o carteiro é demente de não saber que empresas funcionam em horário comercial?! Ou está agindo de má fé!? Aposto que o carteiro nem no endereço foi, sabe que é uma empresa que fecha às 18 horas e disse que foi mas não foi atendido para justificar a falta de vontade dele!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mais de um mês que o ar condicionado esta sem funcionamento, quando o correio fica cheio, se torna um sacrificio imenso ficar la dentro, não bastando tudo isto, agora não funciona a máquina de senhas, e as pessoas tem que ficar em filas claro em pé, alem da demora no atendimento. Uma vergonha este sucateamento.
